The story of the Jai Jawan Jai Kisan Agriculture Society (JJJKAS) and our mission to establish Bihar as a high-end hub for global agro-industrial exports.
Founded and led by retired officers and Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) of the Indian Army, the Jai Jawan Jai Kisan Agriculture Society (JJJKAS) is a registered non-governmental organization built on a singular premise: applying the precision, strategic planning, and execution standards of defense veterans to revolutionize rural logistics and agriculture.
Our core focus is the systematic economic transformation of Bihar. We bridge the critical gap between smallholder farms and specialized global markets by replacing fragmented, traditional trading models with streamlined, value-added agro-industrialization.
To position Bihar on the international trade map as a trusted, high-volume source of premium, precision-processed agricultural products, creating sustainable wealth for farming collectives at the grassroots level.
01
Strategic oversight and logistical discipline at the core.
02
Organized clusters of farmers for scale and uniformity.
03
High-end processing to meet international standards.
04
Final delivery to institutional buyers worldwide.
Project Sampada is our flagship operational blueprint. It represents a structured, capital-intensive transition from selling raw, perishable produce to manufacturing highly technical, shelf-stable industrial food ingredients.
Operating under a disciplined Major-Subedar command structure, the project manages every link in the chain—from organizing village-level farming clusters to implementing advanced, commercial food-lab technologies such as moisture-controlled milling, precision pressing, and dehydration.
Our immediate pilot deployment is centered in the historic banana-cultivation belts of Hajipur and the Vaishali district. While this region yields exceptionally high-quality produce, seasonal gluts and a lack of immediate processing infrastructure have historically led to massive post-harvest losses and distress selling.
Project Sampada directly solves this structural bottleneck
We organize local growers into robust, professionally managed Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), granting them collective bargaining power and institutional leverage.
We supply these clusters with the technical infrastructure required to convert perishable green bananas into export-grade Green Banana Powder—a highly sought-after, gluten-free, nutrient-dense superfood for the global baking, baby food, and pharmaceutical industries.
We believe that scalable, sustainable impact requires deep integration with established state and national frameworks. Project Sampada is executed in close alignment with key institutional partners:
Working in coordination with NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development) and BRLPS (Jeevika) to integrate our farmer network with structural development grants, formal banking, and extensive self-help group ecosystems.
Utilizing the specialized advisory services of the SRISTI Foundation to maintain cutting-edge technical benchmarks, stringent sanitary and phytosanitary standards, and advanced food-lab certifications.
What sets JJJKAS apart is our operational leadership. Our strategy, logistics, and ground operations are spearheaded by veteran defense personnel who bring decades of experience in large-scale resource deployment, supply chain security, and absolute execution accountability.
By mapping this rigorous military discipline onto the agricultural sector, we guarantee our international buyers absolute batch consistency, zero chemical contamination, and strict adherence to delivery timelines.
