Across Bihar, thousands of tonnes of tomatoes and bananas are wasted every year due to the absence of local processing infrastructure and entrepreneurship.
Project Sampada, a joint initiative of the Jai Jawan Jai Kisan Agriculture Society (JJJKAS) and The Art of Living Foundation (AOL), has been designed to transform this challenge into a sustainable opportunity for rural India.
