Towards A Holistic Rural Development Model

JJJKAS is currently in active communication with the Art of Living Foundation (AOL), headquartered in Bengaluru, to explore a strategic collaboration aimed at empowering rural communities, promoting sustainable agriculture, and enhancing agri-export capacities from Bihar.

Both organizations share a common vision — to uplift farmers, create livelihood opportunities, and build a values-driven ecosystem that blends spiritual well-being, skill development, and entrepreneurship.

Vision Of The Proposed Partnership

The proposed JJJKAS–AOL Partnership seeks to combine:

Together, the partnership aims to develop Project SAMPADA — an initiative to nurture agri-entrepreneurs, establish food processing clusters, and connect Bihar’s farmers to global markets through sustainable and ethical business practices.

Key Areas Of Discussion

The ongoing dialogue between JJJKAS and the Art of Living Foundation includes:

Training & Capacity Building:- Conducting joint farmer training and entrepreneurship programs under the guidance of AOL’s rural development experts.
Export Facilitation:- Leveraging JJJKAS’s agri-export network to promote value-added products from Bihar in international markets.
Cluster Development:- Establishing pilot clusters for tomato and additional food processing units at BIADA Bihta and other districts.
Social And Spiritual Empowerment:- Integrating AOL’s stress-management and life-skill programs to support farmer well-being and motivation.

Current Status

At present, the formal MoU between JJJKAS and AOL is under discussion. Preliminary consultations have been positive, and both organizations are exploring the operational framework for collaboration once mutual objectives are aligned and formally approved by the AOL Headquarters, Bengaluru.
